VPSS - Vivekanand Patrachar Shiksha Samiti is Registered society under State Government of Uttar Pradesh and Registration Act 21,1860 And Registration No. is 1739. VPSS is constituted with a great vision to impart the Higher Education at the door step to the any age group and sex who are either employed/semi employed/unemployed/otherwise handicapped residing in remote areas without any access to higher education and unable to attend regular classes.
The concept of education through correspondence is the development of 20th century in India . It is known as a system of non-formal education and fulfills the overgrowing aspirations of such men and women who otherwise fail to attend to acquire higher education for their mental growth and equipping themselves with knowledge and skill for obtaining higher education for better opportunity in career. It meets the requirements of the developing country like India where population is increasing. The education through distance mode of learning fulfils the desire of those students who are unable to attend regular class-room teaching. The distance education, promoted by Govt. of India, has motto to impart the education to the door steps of the learners on the pattern of , Indra Gandhi National Open University, U.S.A. and U.K. VPSS provides facilities to the Institutes to provide the instructional materials through correspondence for all such students/candidates, who can not join regular course of teaching. The institution provides opportunity to the candidates to enhance their knowledge and obtain academic qualifications. The main motto behind it is learn while earn.

The scope of work of the Education Division covers:
- Different stages of education such as Pre-primary, formal and non-formal Education, Secondary, Senior Secondary, Higher education certification, University and Technical Education;
- Special areas such as that of girls' education, Education for the children of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward classes;
- Adult Education and Education in the backward areas.

JAS-ANZ is the government-appointed accreditation body for Australia and New Zealand responsible for providing accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (CABs) in the fields of certification and inspection. Accreditation by JAS-ANZ demonstrates the competence and independence of these CABs.
JAS-ANZ accredits 100 CABs who in turn certify some 70,000 organizations. Including accreditations and technical assistance projects JAS-ANZ provides services in over 20 countries.
